Wynnewood, PA resident Robert “Bob” Lockyer previously served as the executive director of Thomas Wynne Apartments for nearly 30 years. Robert Lockyer is also involved with Jericho Manor and Merloc Partners. More recently, he worked on obtaining approvals for a new 250-unit luxury apartment complex near the Wynnewood, PA train station.

Bob Lockyer earned a degree in textile management and marketing from Jefferson University. He went on to become a member of the Philadelphia University (now Jefferson University) Board of Trustees, and has held this position since 2002. He and his late wife have made significant contributions to the institution, including establishing the Lockyer Family Global Scholarship, being the largest contributor to the University’s intercollegiate rowing program, and raising over $850,000 through a golf outing fundraiser. He is a recipient of the university’s Time, Talent, and Treasure Award.

Robert Lockyer is a veteran of the U.S. Army and is qualified as an expert in various weapons. He is an active member of the Union League of Philadelphia, Merion Golf Club, and the global Aston Martin Owners Club.
